Clear terms for a consistent posting habit.

1. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account, workspace members, connected TikTok accounts, and activity under your credentials. Keep access to your email and API keys secure. You may connect only accounts that you are authorized to manage.

2. The service

ClipHabit lets you upload videos and photos, manage a posting queue, and send content to TikTok through its official Content Posting API. You choose direct publishing or sending to TikTok drafts. Drafts require you to finish the post in the TikTok app. Feature limits depend on your plan. Pro and Agency include MCP, personal API keys, and a video builder that renders simple vertical videos from scenes you supply through an assistant or API. Assistant-created posts require your approval in the ClipHabit composer before scheduling. Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are coming soon and are not part of the current service.

3. Trial, subscriptions, and payments

Each plan has a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required through Stripe Checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly or yearly subscription begins and Stripe charges the displayed price. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans are billed once per year. Starter costs $19/month or $180/year ($15/month equivalent). Pro costs $39/month or $372/year ($31/month equivalent). Agency costs $99/month or $948/year ($79/month equivalent). Taxes may be added where required. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms.

4. Cancellation, refund, and founding price

You can cancel renewal at any time through Stripe Customer Portal in your account. Access continues through the current paid period; cancellation does not erase already published content. If you are unhappy after your first charge, email hello@cliphabit.com within 14 days of that first charge for a full refund. We handle that refund manually. The founding price applies to an active subscription at the price accepted when you subscribed. We will not move an existing active subscription to a new price ID; if your subscription ends and you subscribe again, then-current prices may apply.

5. Your content and TikTok compliance

You keep ownership of your videos, photos, captions, and other content. You grant us a limited license to host, download, process, render, display, and transmit it only as needed to run ClipHabit and submit it to TikTok at your direction. This includes processing scene text and downloading images, clips, and audio from URLs you provide to the video builder to create a video on our servers. You confirm that you have the rights and licenses needed for every image, clip, and audio track you provide, including any audio used in a rendered video. You are responsible for your content, commercial disclosures, accurate AI-generated content disclosure, privacy choices, and compliance with TikTok rules, applicable law, and third-party rights. Video builder output is marked AI-generated by default; review that label and all other settings before approving a post, especially one prepared by an AI assistant. TikTok may reject, delay, limit, or remove posts under its policies.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use ClipHabit to infringe rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, spam, manipulate engagement, evade TikTok limits, access accounts without permission, probe or disrupt the service, share API keys publicly, or use the service in a way that violates TikTok's policies. We may suspend or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance.

7. Availability and third parties

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific reach, views, engagement, or account outcomes. The app and database run on a Hetzner Online GmbH Cloud server in Germany. Media uses S3-compatible storage on Hetzner or, if enabled, Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare Pages hosts the static website. Media validation, previews, and ffmpeg video rendering run on our server. Publishing depends on TikTok's API, your account authorization, network services, and platform review. Stripe handles payments, Resend delivers email, and optional Plausible provides website analytics. These providers have their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for data processing details. ClipHabit is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.

8. Termination and data

You can delete your account and data from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, or legal necessity, and will provide notice when reasonably possible. Uploaded media files are deleted from our storage 30 days after publication. Some billing and legal records may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClipHabit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular TikTok result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid ClipHabit during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it or to liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [[JURISDICTION]], subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live. Courts in [[JURISDICTION]] have jurisdiction except where applicable law requires otherwise.
