# ClipHabit: TikTok scheduler with auto queue and drafts

ClipHabit is a web app that schedules TikTok videos and photo carousels through TikTok's official Content Posting API. Upload a batch, set recurring slots, and choose direct posting or Send to TikTok drafts. Drafts let you finish in the TikTok app, including adding a TikTok library sound.

## How it works

Connect TikTok through OAuth. Upload videos or photos, add captions and hashtags, and choose recurring posting slots. New uploads fill the next free slot. The visual calendar supports rescheduling. Direct posts publish through the TikTok API. Drafts go to the TikTok inbox for final editing. ClipHabit tracks consecutive published days and sends queue-low and post-failure emails.

## Plans and pricing

All prices are USD. Annual plans bill once a year. All plans include a 7-day trial with a card required, cancellation through Stripe Customer Portal, and a full refund by email within 14 days of the first charge. An active founding subscription keeps its price while it stays active.

Best-time suggestions use TikTok account metrics when enough data exist. Otherwise, generic starter times are labeled as such. Evergreen recycles posts previously published through ClipHabit. Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are coming soon and are not available now.

## AI assistant integration

On Pro and Agency, connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini through [ClipHabit MCP](https://cliphabit.com/ai/). Compatible assistants can inspect slots, plan a week, draft captions, manage the queue, import media from a public URL, and call `render_video` and `get_render` to create a simple vertical video from text, images, clips, and subtitles. ClipHabit renders the video; the assistant does not generate new footage like Sora or Veo. Optional audio must be supplied by the user with a license. The rendered result becomes ClipHabit media and is marked AI-generated by default. Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Gemini CLI can also create video locally with other tools and upload it. Posts prepared via MCP require approval in the ClipHabit composer before scheduling. You choose TikTok privacy and settings and review AI-generated disclosure. ### Is it safe for my TikTok account?

ClipHabit uses TikTok's official authorization and Content Posting API. No service can guarantee account outcomes. ClipHabit does not ask for a TikTok password.

### Do you need my TikTok password?

No. TikTok OAuth handles account connection.

### Does it use the official TikTok API?

Yes. ClipHabit uses the official Content Posting API.

### What happens after the free trial?

The selected plan starts after the 7-day trial unless you cancel first. Annual plans bill once a year.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through Stripe Customer Portal in your account. The paid period continues and does not renew.

### Can I add TikTok sounds?

The TikTok API does not let ClipHabit add sounds from TikTok's music library. Use Send to TikTok drafts and add a sound in the TikTok app. For direct posts, include licensed audio before uploading.

### Is there a posting limit?

Starter has one daily slot and up to one scheduled post a day, 30 a month. Pro and Agency have multiple daily slots and unlimited scheduling within TikTok daily limits.

### Does it work with Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts?

They are coming soon and are not available today.

### Can I post photo carousels?

Yes, on Pro and Agency. Starter is for video posts.

### Can an AI assistant publish without my approval?

No. MCP-created posts wait for your approval in ClipHabit.

### Can my AI assistant create videos?

Yes, on Pro and Agency. The ClipHabit video builder renders simple vertical videos from text, images, clips, and subtitles via an AI assistant or API. It does not generate new footage like Sora or Veo. You must provide licensed audio if you use it. The result is marked AI-generated by default; posts created by an assistant wait for your approval before entering the queue.

### Can ClipHabit label AI-generated content?

Yes. Mark it in the composer and ClipHabit sends the label to TikTok.

### Is ClipHabit affiliated with TikTok?

No. ClipHabit is independent of TikTok and ByteDance.
